The problem
The person who knows how to fix it is not always the person standing in front of it.
Every maintenance team has one or two people who can walk up to a stopped machine and find the fault in ten minutes. Everyone else takes half a shift, or calls that person, or swaps parts until something works.
That knowledge usually lives in someone's head. It leaves when they do. A fault finding tree captures it: a structured route that starts at the symptom and walks step by step to the actual failed component, so an apprentice on a night shift can follow the same reasoning as the engineer with thirty years on the tools.

BuntelliSystems is being built before it is being sold. The plan is to have something that works properly and can be shown to a real engineer, rather than a pitch deck and a promise.
