Messages come to me, not to a support desk.
There is no team here, so every message lands in one inbox and gets a reply from the person building the software. Expect a day or two rather than an hour, since this runs alongside a full time job.
Worth mentioning
Some things are more useful to send than others.
- A fault you keep seeing. A recurring problem that nobody has ever written down properly is the single most useful thing you can send. It shapes what gets built.
- How your team currently records this. Whether that is a laminated sheet, a shared drive, or one bloke's memory, it is worth knowing.
- What would have to be true for you to use it. Blunt answers welcome, including the reasons you would not.
- Anything about the website. Broken links, wrong wording, signup problems.
Please do not send anything commercially confidential or anything covered by your employer's policies. Send the shape of the problem, not their drawings.
